Kinetic Index is built for the community. Core fitness tracking will always be free. Pro subscriptions support ongoing development and help us build new features faster.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Use Manage billing to review your subscription and the cancellation options available for your account. Your paid access starts after payment is confirmed.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Canceling Pro does not delete your test history. Your free account keeps access to tracking, custom tests, challenges, and comparisons; CSV export requires active Pro access.
When will Elite features launch?
Elite is not available for purchase and has no promised launch date. Custom test logging and friend challenges are already included in Free.
Do you offer refunds?
